TeachIn Event

Supply Desk are looking for outstanding teachers to attend our TeachIn event in England! If successful, you will be flown to England (for free) for 10 days to meet with schools, interview with Principals in person and secure a job in a school that matches your skill set. While in England, we will also hold a ‘training day’ to help you get used to the UK curriculum/British schools, and host a social event and day trip so that you can meet fellow travelling teachers and experience the true British culture.

When Is TeachIn?

The TeachIn event will take place in May 2016 for Canadian teachers and November 2016 for Australian and Kiwi teachers and candidates will secure a teaching position starting in January 2017.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate teachers who are interested in taking their teaching career on a journey. Candidates should be committed to working in the UK and making a difference to the lives of children in British schools. To qualify, you will need good references and a fully compliant file with all necessary paperwork completed. You will need to be eligible for a UK working visa and be available for a 10 day trip in May or November 2016, and be able to head back to the UK in January 2017 to start work.

  • Supply Desk and UK schools will narrow down the successful candidates based on your video interview, references and compliance.
